iSciTech is founded by Dr. Prakash Dayal (D.Sc.). He worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow in the department of Chemistry, ENS Lyon, France. Before starting this company, he worked as a Postdoctoral Associate in the department of Computer Science & Engineering, University of Minnesota, USA. He has received his doctoral degree from Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH), Zurich, Switzerland in Computational Physics. He worked as an Associate Consultant in Iflex Solutions Limited, formerly known as Citicorp Information Technology and Industries Limited,  and now known as Oracle Financial Services Software Limited, Bangalore, India. He has Master and Bachelor degrees in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India and Bihar Institute of Technology, Sindri , India respectively.

Dr. Prakash Dayal's major fields of interest and experience are scientific computing, parallel computing, eigenproblems / linear algebra, Monte Carlo simulation methods, molecular dynamics simulation method,  generic programming, density functional theory, molecular geometry optimization, reaction path mechanism, statistical analysis, quantum  computing, quantum information, bioinformatics, cheminformatics, C++, financial modeling, etc.

Mrs. Sushma Bharti is the co-founder of iSciTech. She has Bachelor and Master degree in Mathematics from University of Delhi, India. She has diploma in Management from IGNOU, India. She has done German language course offered by State Zurich, Switzerland  ( www.stadt-zuerich.ch/integration ).

Mr. Balmiki Keshri is the Adviser of iSciTech. He has Bachelor and Master degree in Civil Engineering from Bihar Institute of Technology, Sindri, India and Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India. He is working as a Consultant (Civil), SMHPCL, Mandleshwar, India. He worked as a Chief Engineer in National Hydro Power Corporation, India. He has about forty years of experiences in engineering, management and teaching.
