- October 27, 2010: We purchased^^ a land-plot in
Kuldiha, Durgapur, West-Bengal for our another office.

"Performance Limitations of Flat-Histogram Methods"; Speaker: Dr.
Prakash Dayal, Chairman, iSciTech.
- October 17, 2009 (Diwali: Festival of Light): INAUGURATION
of iSciTech's
permanent and registered office.
We have completed the 1st stage construction of our mini office and
mini campus. These office building and land plots are owned by
one
of the founders, Dr. Prakash Dayal, and are NOT the assets of iSciTech.
- February 23, 2009: INCORPORATED in India as a Private
Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956 .
- December 26, 2008: We have finalized the plan
of the iSciTech building and awaiting the completion of some
governmental
formalities. As soon as, we get clearance from the government
authorities to construct the
building, we are expecting to start the physical construction.
- September 6, 2007: Finally our search for the plot is
complete and we** have purchased a plot of size two thousand
three hundred twenty (2320) square feet at Attur layout,
Yelahanka, Bangalore, which is one of the prime locations of
Bangalore. It is near to Purvankara Venizia residential project and
located almost midway of the main Bangalore railway station (Center of
the city) and
Bangalore international airport (15 kms from railway station and 18 kms
from international airport). We have already started designing the plan
of iSciTech
building and expecting soon to complete it. Once we have a final plan
of
the building,
we need to get it approved by the Government authorities. After
authorities approval, construction work is expected to
start immediately.
- May 25, 2007: We are looking
for a
suitable plot in Bangalore, India to construct our own office
building. We are expecting to finalize the plot purchase and to start
the construction work soon and it is going to be one of the major
milestones for the company.
