Two Municipal Authorities A hole of approximately less than 4 inches diameter was formed on a footpath, due to some underground escalation, in Lyon, France. This footpath normally used to have very few pedestrians in a day. Next day municipal authorities surrounded this hole with iron barricade so that nobody gets hurt with it.
